..Title Amending Chapters 12-900 ("Parking Regulations and Penalties") and 12-2800 ("Administrative Adjudication of Parking Violations") of The Philadelphia Code to revise requirements, limitations, and fines with respect to angle parking, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 12. TRAFFIC CODE * * * CHAPTER 12-900. PARKING REGULATIONS AND PENALTIES * * * � 12-910. Angle Parking. (1) The Department may permit angle parking upon designated streets. (2) Angle parking shall not be permitted at any place where passing traffic would thereby be compelled to drive upon the left side of the street or upon any tracks in use. (3) Where a street or portion of a street is designated by the Department for angle parking, the Department shall post notice that the parking is back-in only. No person shall park a vehicle in an angled parking spot in an orientation contrary to that designated by applicable signs. * * * CHAPTER 12-2800. ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION OF PARKING VIOLATIONS * * * � 12-2809. Civil Penalties and Costs. * * * (2) Basic Penalties. (a) Any person violating the following provisions of Title 12, shall, upon a final finding of liability pursuant to this Chapter 12-2800, and except as set forth in subsection 12-2809(2)(b), be liable for payment of the civil penalty indicated, in addition to the costs and fees set forth in subsection 12-2809(1): Code Provision Violation Description Penalty * * * 12-909(1) 12-910(3) * * * Park Taxi Stand Disobey Signs - Angle Parking * * * $30 $30 * * * SECTION 2.
