..Title Rescinding the authorization granted to the Philadelphia Land Bank by Resolution No. 220749, adopted by City Council on September 29, 2022, to dispose of 1426-32 N. 27th Street, located within the 5th Council District. ..Body WHEREAS, Resolution No. 220749, adopted on September 29, 2022, authorized the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of various parcels within the 5th Council District, including 1426-32 N. 27th Street; and WHEREAS, It has been determined that inclusion of 1426-32 N. 27th Street in Resolution No. 220749 was in error; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That the authorization granted to the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 1426-32 N. 27th Street set forth in Resolution No. 220749 (adopted September 29, 2022) is hereby rescinded. ..End
