..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by creating an overlay district entitled, "/KEA Kensington El Area Overlay District," to include certain areas of land within the area bounded by Erie Avenue, Torresdale Avenue, Hunting Park Avenue, Jasper Street, Castor Avenue, Glenwood Avenue, Jasper Street, Tioga Street, and K Street, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING * * * CHAPTER 14-500. OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICTS * * * � 14-540. /KEA Kensington El Area Overlay District. (1) Boundaries. The /KEA Kensington El Area Overlay District shall consist of certain lots in the area bounded by Erie Avenue, Hunting Park Avenue, Jasper Street, Castor Avenue, Glenwood Avenue, Jasper Street, Tioga Street, and K Street, (2) * * * SECTION 2.
