November 13, 2023 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am hereby returning unsigned Bill No. 230550 passed by Council at its session on October 26, 2023. Bill Number 230550 authorizes the installation of an all-way stop sign at the intersection of 34th Street 22 and West Allegheny Avenue. Department of Streets conducted a traffic study, and this intersection does not meet PennDOT's requirement for the installation of an all-way stop sign. The Department is looking into the possibility of installing speed tables as part of an upcoming project. For these reasons, I am returning Bill Number 230550 unsigned. Respectfully, JAMES F.
