The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority fee simple title to 1010 W. Somerset Street, 1012 W. Somerset Street, 1014 W. Somerset Street, 1123 W. Somerset Street, 1220 W. Somerset Street, 1222 W. Somerset Street, 1224 W. Somerset Street, 2720 N. Warnock Street, 2726 N. Warnock Street, 2728 N. Warnock Street, 2729 N. Warnock Street, 2730 N. Warnock Street, 2738 N Warnock Street, 1135 W. Silver Street, 1137 W. Silver Street, 1139 W.
