..Title Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, by amending Section 9-203 relating to Street Vendors, by prohibiting street vending in the 54th Ward; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS. * * * CHAPTER 9-200. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ON STREETS * * * � 9-203. Street Vendors. * * * (7) Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall: * * * (o) stop, stand or park [his] their vehicle, service, or conveyance for the purpose of selling any goods, wares, services, and merchandise on the following roadways: * * * (.9) The Fifty-Fourth Ward, which encompasses the area bounded by Cottman Avenue, Roosevelt Boulevard, and then Castor Avenue. * * * SECTION 2.
