The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority fee simple title to 809 N. 40th Street, 827 N. 40th Street, 830 N. 40th Street, 843 N. 40th Street, 847 N. 40th Street, 849 N. 40th Street, 851 N. 40th Street, 865 N. 40th Street, 867 N. 40th Street, 1105 N. 41st Street, 1115 N. 41st Street, 607 N. 53rd Street, 625 N. 53rd Street, 3927 Folsom Street, 3946 Folsom Street, 3948 Folsom Street pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code.
