..Title Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding a permissible location on Baltimore Avenue, between 58th Street and 59th Street, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: � 9-213. Farmers' Markets. * * * (7) Permissible Locations. Farmers' Markets at the following locations shall be permitted: * * * (rrr) The sidewalk and the curb lane of the west side of South 52nd Street, between Pine Street and Osage Avenue. * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End 2
