The following parking regulation is hereby established. Two Hour Parking 8:00AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Sunday Except RPP# 14 Carlisle street, both sides, Rockland street to Windrim avenue. Section 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established. Two Hour Parking 8:00AM - 9:00 PM Monday - Friday Except RPP# 14 N. 15th street, both sides, Louden street to Rockland street. Section 3.
