..Title Establishing one-way regulations in the vicinity of Terrace Street, Dawson Street, and Ridge Avenue, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-602 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulations are hereby established: Terrace Street, from Ridge Avenue to Dawson Street, northbound. Dawson Street, from Ridge Avenue to Terrace Street, westbound. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
