..Title Amending Chapter 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Bicycle Lanes," to authorize a bicycle lane on N. 13th Street, from Cecil B. Moore Avenue to Diamond Street, all under certain terms and conditions ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 12. TRAFFIC CODE * * * CHAPTER 12-700. BICYCLE LANES * * * � 12-701. Designation of Bicycle Lanes. * * * (2) The Department is authorized to designate a bicycle lane upon the following streets and regulate the operation and use of vehicles and bicycles upon such streets in a manner consistent with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) regulations: * * * (*) North 13th Street, west side, from Cecil B. Moore Avenue to Diamond Street: one buffered bicycle lane, and the removal of a parking lane within the same limits. * * * SECTION 2. The following parking regulations shall be amended on N. 13th street from Cecil B. Moore Avenue to Diamond Street to: NO STOPPING ANYTIME * * * SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon replacement of parking regulation signage consistent with this Ordinance. ..End
