..Title Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on 47th Street between Chestnut Street and Kingsessing, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulation is hereby established: 47th Street, from Chestnut Street to Kingsessing Avenue, northbound. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon placement of signage consistent with this Ordinance. ..End
