The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, is hereby authorized, to acquire fee simple title or a lesser real estate interest in all or a portion of a parcel or parcels of land located in and about the area bounded by 31st Street, Ludlow Street, and 32nd Street and to place such property on the City Plan. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to impose such terms and conditions on the transaction authorized by this Ordinance as the City Solicitor deems necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City, and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance. ..End
