..Title Establishing parking regulations on the 1000 block of Ludlow Street between 10th Street and 11th Street, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established: NO PARKING ANY TIME TOW AWAY ZONE 1000 block of Ludlow Street between 10th Street towards the west therefrom and 11th Street towards the east therefrom. SECTION 2. All prior street specific parking regulations for the portion of Ludlow Street regulated in Section 1 are hereby rescinded. SECTION 3.
