..Title Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on North 20th Street between Erie Avenue and West Tioga Street, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulation is hereby established: North 20th Street, between Erie Avenue and West Tioga Street, southbound. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon placement of signage consistent with this Ordinance. ..End
