..Title Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on Gorgas Lane between Ridge Avenue and Lawnton Street, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following two-way regulation is hereby established: Gorgas Lane, between Ridge Avenue and Lawnton Street, eastbound. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon placement of signage consistent with this Ordinance. ..End
