The Philadelphia City Planning Commission considered Bill Number 250041 at its public meeting on February 21, 2025, and held the case to continue working with the bill sponsor. While the Commission did not vote on the final version passed by the Council, Bill Number 250041 still presents unresolved technical challenges.
