..Title Authorizing the Streets Department to establish parking and stopping regulations on both sides of 47th Street between Chestnut Street and Kingsessing Street, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Streets Department is authorized to promulgate regulations to prohibit or restrict the stopping of vehicles and to establish and revise time-limited loading zones on both sides of 47th Street between Chestnut Street and Kingsessing Street consistent with the protection of public safety and appropriate use of the right-of-way. SECTION 2. The regulations shall take effect upon placement of signage consistent with such regulations. ..End
