..Title Repealing Resolution No. 250587 (adopted May 29, 2025) which also named Jefferson Street between Broad Street and 13th Street as "Donald 'Ducky' Birts Way." ..Body WHEREAS, Resolution No. 250587 misstated and left out pertinent information regarding the life and legacy of Donald 'Ducky' Birts; and WHEREAS, A new Resolution will be introduced today to rename Jefferson Street between Broad Street and 13th Street as "Donald 'Ducky' Birts Way."; now, therefore be it RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Resolution No. 250587 is repealed in its entirety ..End
