..Title Amending Title 20 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Officers and Employees," by changing the compensation of members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, all under certain terms and conditions.� ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:� SECTION 1.�� Title 20 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:� * * *� TITLE 20.� OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES� * * *� CHAPTER 20-300.��COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS � * * *� � � 20-304.� Compensation for Members of Boards, Commissions, Committees and Councils.� � * * *� 4. Zoning Board of Adjustment.�Each member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment shall receive one hundred dollars ($100) as compensation for each meeting of the Board which [he] the member attends; provided, that the total compensation paid to each member in any year shall not exceed [twenty-two thousand dollars ($22,000)] twenty-seven thousand dollars ($27,000). * * *� SECTION 2.�� This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.� ..End
