..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning" to establish Seventh District Overlay District and restrict certain residential uses, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING * * * CHAPTER 14-500. OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICTS * * * � 14-545. /SEV, Seventh District Overlay District. (1) Applicability. (a) Seventh District Area. All lots located within District No. 7, as defined in Section 20-501 (Boundaries of Districts). (2) Use Regulations. (a) Group Living uses are prohibited in RSD-1, RSD-2, RSD-3, RSA-1, RSA-2, RSA-3, RSA-4, RSA-5, RSA-6, AND RTA-1 districts. * * * SECTION 2.
