December 01, 2025 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am transmitting for the consideration of your Honorable Body a draft of a Resolution entitled: RESOLUTION Approving the redevelopment contract of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the South Central Urban Renewal Area, identified by house number and street address as 1220-30 Kenilworth Street; and authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Neighborhood Gardens Trust and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract.
