..Title Amending Section 12-926 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Center City Parking Regulations," to confirm regulations adopted by the Department of Streets that establish and revise loading zone regulations in additional portions of the Center City area; and to reauthorize changes and additions to such regulations; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 12. TRAFFIC CODE * * * CHAPTER 12-900. PARKING REGULATIONS AND PENALTIES * * * � 12-926. Center City Parking Regulations. (1) Loading zones of any type, whether or not described in this Code, are hereby authorized within the area bounded as follows: Bainbridge Street (extended), the Schuylkill River, [Market Street, S 22nd Street, Chestnut Street, S 20th Street, Locust Street, West Rittenhouse Square, Rittenhouse Square, S 18th Street, Locust Street, S 17th Street, Chestnut Street, Broad Street, South Penn Square, East Penn Square, John F. Kennedy Boulevard, Broad Street, Spring Garden Street, and the Delaware River.] Spring Garden Street (extended), and the Delaware River. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Code to the contrary, including Code subsections 12-2711(2) and 12-905(1), all regulations of the Department of Streets for the establishment of these loading zones are hereby confirmed and reestablished. The Department of Streets is hereby authorized to promulgate any additional regulations consistent with [this ordinance.] Section 12-926. * * * SECTION 2.
