..Title Amending Section 12-2705 of The Philadelphia Code ("Issuance of Resident Parking Permits") to allow for certain residential parking permits in District 38, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 12. TRAFFIC CODE * * * CHAPTER 12-2700. PERMIT PARKING DISTRICTS * * * � 12-2705. Issuance of Resident Parking Permits. * * * (7) Subject to all other subsections of this Section, except where an individual has a disability parking permit as defined in Section 12-1117(1), no individual that resides within permit parking District 38 shall be eligible to apply for a resident parking permit if: (1) the individual resides in a multi-family household living use, pursuant to Table 14-602-1 of The Philadelphia Code, and (2) off-street parking is already available to the individual pursuant to the individual's residency in a multi-family household living use. * * * SECTION 2.
