..Title Authorizing the Director of Aviation, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to modify a certain easement and acquire additional easement interests in connection with a portion of the parcel or parcels of land commonly known as 8350 Executive Avenue, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body WHEREAS, 8350 Executive Drive Associates, L.P. is currently the owner of a certain parcel of land adjacent to the Philadelphia International Airport known as 8350 Executive Avenue ("Property"); WHEREAS, the City of Philadelphia, as owner of a parcel of land known as 4630 Island Avenue, holds an easement over the Property dated May 25, 1983 ("Easement") connecting 4630 Island Avenue to Escort Avenue; WHEREAS, the City of Philadelphia, to support planned development on 4630 Island Avenue, desires to expand the Easement; now, therefore THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Aviation, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to amend a certain easement and acquire additional easement interests in connection with a portion of the parcel or parcels of land in and about the area bounded by Enterprise Avenue on the south, Island Avenue on the west, and the Delaware Expressway (Interstate 95) on the north and east, known as 8350 Executive Avenue in Philadelphia County, more specifically set forth in Exhibit "A". SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and to approve all instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which instruments and documents shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City of Philadelphia and carry out the purposes for this Ordinance.
