..Title Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Bicycle Lanes," to authorize a bicycle lane and removal of parking on Roberts Avenue from Henry Avenue to King Street, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 12. TRAFFIC CODE * * * CHAPTER 12-700. BICYCLE LANES * * * � 12-701. Designation of Bicycle Lanes. * * * (2) The Department is authorized to designate a bicycle lane upon the following streets and regulate the operation and use of vehicles and bicycles upon such streets in a manner consistent with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) regulations: * * * (*) Roberts Avenue, from Henry Avenue to King Street, and removal of parking lanes within the same limits. * * * SECTION 2.
