Massing of infill building between Alexander Building and Boyd Theater on Chestnut Street approved in concept pursuant to Standard 9, with revised design to come back to Architectural Committee and Historical Commission with: detailed drawings, front facade more compatible with Alexander Building and not overwhelming the Boyd Theater, front facade acknowledging Alexander Building roofline between 2nd and 3rd floors, and front facade including setback or chamfer at western edge of 3rd floor so as not to overwhelm Boyd Theater. Tower and tower base withdrawn from consideration by applicant.
