For the relocation of lot line to create one lot from 3 lots for the extension of public parking spaces with staked parking having 102 parking spaces for parking and attendant only with an existing attendants booth ( 25 are compact 8x16, 4 are h/c and one van accessible space with the demolition of existing building at 1213 and legalization of the parking lot at 1215, proposed no screening along street frontage and proposing additional 6% additional landscaped area.
