Revised signage presented at the meeting is coordinated with the restoration and reconstruction of the entablature and/or storefront cornice; 5. Facades of new buildings are clad in brick or a three-part true stucco system rather than EFIS, fiberboard, or other alternative; 6. Design of facade of new building at 3-05 N. 3rd Street, especially fenestration, is revised to be more compatible with the historic district. Staff to review details.
