Relocation of fan coil unit on second floor away from Palladian window and away from existing dormer to attic; unit and grills to be placed in less noticeable position on opposite end within presently unused space; access via hinged stair or removable tread and riser; new shelves in bathroom to be shimmed not nailed; second defense system or electric eye system for security; Commission to direct letter to Fairmount Park Commission regarding maintenance needs including deteriorated garage door and damaged downspouts. Architect to submit addendum and sketch of required changes.
