Architectural Committee
Committee recommendations are not final Commission decisions.
Recorded conditions
Approval in concept with: 1) Incorporation of a reduced floor-ceiling height of 12'8" where necessary to maintain continuity between front facades and proposed new interiors; 2) Set-back of new taller construction to retain the sense of the mass of the three buildings nominated for designation as separate structures, with a sight-line of 45 degrees. Committee encouraged exploration of feasibility of retaining the facade of the Bundy Building.
