..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980803) approved January 5, 1999, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 27-S by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of Dilworth street from Wolf street to Ritner street; by striking from the City Plan Ritner street from Dilworth street to Weccacoe avenue; by vacating Martin street from Weccacoe avenue to a point approximately two hundred eighty one (281) feet southwestwardly therefrom, and by vacating Greenville street from Weccacoe avenue to Dilworth street, all under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980803) approved January 5, 1999 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by March 31, 2001. * * * SECTION 2.
