..Title Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales" by prohibiting sidewalk sales at various locations within the area bounded by Reed street, Twenty-first street, Morris street, and Twenty-fifth street, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," is amended to read as follows: §9-205. Sidewalk Sales. * * * (8) Prohibited Conduct. No person or vendor shall: * * * (p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares, or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which the Council shall from time to time ordain: * * * (. ) 2300 and 2400 blocks of Dickinson street.
