..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980547) approved December 15, 1998, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 187 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally opened portions of Belgrade street from Butler street to Castor avenue, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980547) approved December 15, 1998, is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by December 31, 2000. * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within sixty (60) days after this Ordinance becomes law. ___________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
