..Title Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 18-S by striking from the City Plan and vacating Thirty-sixth street from Wharton street to Grays Ferry avenue and placing on the City Plan a certain right-of-way within the bed of Thirty-sixth street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-405 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is authorized to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 18-S by: (a) Striking from the City Plan and vacating Thirty-sixth street from Wharton street to Grays Ferry avenue. (b) Placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage purposes, water main purposes and gas main purposes, fifty (50) feet wide, within the lines of Thirty-sixth street, being stricken and vacated under authority of this Ordinance. ..End
