..Title Amending Section 6-301 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Food Establishments," by amending the license fee for family day care homes and certain group child care facilities, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 6-301 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows: §6-301. Food Establishments. * * * (4) Except as provided in §6-301(5) the license fee for food establishments selling food is: * * * (h) For [family day care homes, as permitted pursuant to §14-203(1)(g)] group child care facilities caring for a maximum of 12 children for less than 24 consecutive hours, other than family day care homes, fifty (50) dollars. * * * (j) Food establishments conducted, operated or maintained by any bona fide charitable organization which distributes food without charge; and family day care homes; shall not be required to pay the license fee imposed by this Chapter. * * * ___________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
