The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2001 within the General Fund: FROM: 2.48 THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE - SINKING FUND COMMISSION Debt Service $ 350,000 Total $ 350,000 Total "FROM" Section $ 350,000 TO: 2.12 THE POLICE DEPARTMENT Personal Services $ 350,000 Total $ 350,000 Total "TO" Section $ 350,000 SECTION 2.
