..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to "Zoning and Planning," by amending Chapter 14-1600, entitled "Miscellaneous," by amending Section 14-1619, entitled "Frankford Avenue Special District Controls," by expanding the boundaries of the district under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 14-1600 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to "Miscellaneous," is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING. * * * CHAPTER 14-1600. MISCELLANEOUS. * * * §14-1619. Frankford Avenue Special District Controls. * * * (2) District Boundaries. For the purposes of this section, the Frankford Avenue Special District Controls shall apply to all commercially zoned properties with frontage on Frankford Avenue between Harbison Avenue and the Solly Avenue as well as all commercially zoned properties with frontage on Cottman Avenue between Leon Street and Erdrick Street. * * * SECTION 2.
