..Title Authorizing the paving of Meadowbrook drive, Peach Tree lane, Apple Blossom way, Cherry Blossom way, Apple Blossom drive, Rose Petal way and Rose Petal drive, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner, pursuant to the provision of Sections 11-502 and 11-503 of The Philadelphia Code, is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the paving of the following streets: Meadowbrook drive, Peach Tree lane, Apple Blossom way, Cherry Blossom way, Apple Blossom drive, Rose Petal way and Rose Petal drive. SECTION 2. In lieu of the provisions of Section 1, the party in interest shall file an agreement and bond with corporate surety, satisfactory to the Law Department and in an amount determined by the Streets Department, to cover the cost of the work required to completely pave, at his sole cost and expense, Meadowbrook drive, Peach Tree lane, Apple Blossom way, Cherry Blossom way, Apple Blossom drive, Rose Petal way and Rose Petal drive, in accordance with the specifications and requirements of the City of Philadelphia. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the cost thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within sixty (60) days after this Ordinance becomes law. ..End
