..Title Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting sidewalk sales on portions of Front street, Frankford avenue, and Palmer street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: §9-205. Sidewalk Sales. * * * (8) Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall: * * * (p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which the Council shall from time to time ordain: * * * ( ) The 1600, 1700, 1800 and 1900 blocks of North Front street. ( ) The 1700 block of North Frankford avenue. ( ) Palmer street, between Front street and Frankford avenue. * * * ___________________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added. ..End
