..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2002 within the General Fund from certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions to the Department of Licenses and Inspections-Demolitions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2002 within the General Fund. FROM: 2.48 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE - SINKING FUND COMMISSION Purchase of Services $8,000,000 Total $8,000,000 Total "FROM" Section $8,000,000 TO: 2.32 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LICENSES AND INSPECTIONS - DEMOLITIONS Purchase of Services $8,000,000 Total $8,000,000 Total "TO" Section $8,000,000 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect July 1, 2001. ..End
