Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 970818) approved April 13, 1998, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 58 by placing on the City Plan Parrish street from Ninth street to Twelfth street, Brown street from Tenth street to Twelfth street, Marvine street from Fairmount avenue to Brown street, Warnock street from Fairmount avenue to a dead-end turnaround north of Brown street and Reno place from Percy street westwardly to a dead-end turnaround, all under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the beds of the streets being placed on the City Plan by this Ordinance," by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein.

..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 970818) approved April 13, 1998, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 58 by placing on the City Plan Parrish street from Ninth street to Twelfth street, Brown street from Tenth street to Twelfth street, Marvine street from Fairmount avenue to Brown street, Warnock street from Fairmount avenue to a dead-end turnaround north of Brown street and Reno place from Percy street westwardly to a dead-end turnaround, all under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the beds of the streets being placed on the City Plan by this Ordinance," by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 970818) approved April 13, 1998 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within two (2) years from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by April 13, 2003. * * * SECTION 2.
