..Title Approving the sale of a certain lot or piece of City-owned ground, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, if any, situate 826-28 New Market street in the City of Philadelphia, and authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver a deed to the purchaser, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The sale by the Commissioner of Public Property to the purchaser pursuant to Section 16-201 of The Philadelphia Code of a certain lot or piece of City-owned ground, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, if any, situate 826-28 New Market street for the sum of Twenty Four Thousand Dollars ($24,000.00) is hereby approved. Final settlement shall be made by the purchaser within one hundred and eighty (180) days of approval of this Ordinance. The Commissioner of Public Property is authorized to pay out of the proceeds, at settlement, the cost of the appraisal. SECTION 2. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to execute and deliver a deed for the said property, upon compliance by the purchaser with the conditions of this Ordinance. ..End
