..Title Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a sublease agreement with Philadelphia Municipal Authority for use by the City and affiliated agencies of office space located at 100 East Lehigh avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement of sublease ("Sublease") with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority for the use by the City and affiliated agencies of office space located on floors one through four of the Episcopal Hospital's Tower building located at 100 East Lehigh avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Said Sublease shall contain substantially the terms set forth in Exhibit A attached to this Ordinance, with such changes as the City Solicitor deems necessary or desirable to protect the interests of the City. SECTION 2. The Chief Clerk of City Council shall keep on file and make available to the public all Exhibits referenced herein. ..End
