..Title Amending Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Vacant and Surplus Properties," by amending Section 16-404 entitled "The Vacant Property Review Committee," by adding a subsection on Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 16-400. VACANT AND SURPLUS PROPERTY * * * Section 16-404. The Vacant Property Review Committee. (l) A Vacant Property Review Committee is hereby created to be composed of the executive heads or their designees of the following: * * * (m) Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations. * * * SECTION 2.
