..Title Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 284, by relocating a portion of the northerly curb line and house line of Germantown avenue a variable distance northwardly from a point approximately seven hundred nineteen (719) feet southeast of Northwestern avenue to a point approximately four hundred (400) feet southeastwardly therefrom and by placing on the City Plan a certain twenty-five (25) feet wide right-of-way for drainage purposes, water main purposes and gas main purposes, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-405 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is authorized to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 284 by: (a) Relocating the northerly house line of Germantown avenue a variable distance northwardly from a point approximately seven hundred nineteen (719) feet southeast of Northwestern avenue to a point approximately four hundred (400) feet southeastwardly therefrom. (b) Relocating the northerly curb line of Germantown avenue a variable distance northwardly from a point approximately seven hundred nineteen (719) feet southeast of Northwestern avenue to a point approximately four hundred (400) feet southeastwardly therefrom. (c) Placing on the City Plan a certain twenty-five (25) feet wide right-of-way for drainage purposes, water main purposes and gas main purposes, from the northerly side of Germantown avenue at the distance of approximately six hundred fifty-four (654) feet southeast of Northwestern avenue and extending northeastwardly, southeastwardly and southwardly and intersecting with the northerly side of Germantown avenue at the approximate distance of one thousand two hundred sixty-nine (1269) feet southeast of Northwestern avenue. SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law: (a) The dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of the relocated Germantown avenue as proposed to be placed on the City Plan by authority of this Ordinance. (b) The dedication to the City of the twenty-five feet wide right-of-way for drainage, water main purposes and gas main purposes, as mentioned in section 1(c) of this Ordinance. (c) The locations provided herein are approximate and subject to an as-built survey. ..End
