..Title Authorizing the construction of a water main and appurtenant work in portions of Sigel street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of a water main and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-300 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide a public water main, in the following location: Sigel street from Eleventh street to a dead-end approximately 204 feet west of Eleventh street ..End
