..Title Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, by amending Section 12-2809 relating to Civil Penalties and Costs, to increase the civil penalty for violations of Section 12-1126 relating to Excessive Noise, and Section 12-1127(1), (2), and (3) relating to Excessive Idling of or Noise from Motor Vehicles. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 12. TRAFFIC CODE * * * §12-2809.
