..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2005 from the Grants Revenue Fund, the Director of Finance - Provision for Other Grants to the Special Gasoline Tax Fund, the Department of Streets. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2005 from the Grants Revenue Fund to the Special Gasoline Tax Fund. FROM: GRANTS REVENUE FUND 9.22 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - PROVISION FOR OTHER GRANTS Advances and Other Miscellaneous Payments $ 790,000 Total $ 790,000 Total "FROM" Section $ 790,000 TO: SPECIAL GASOLINE TAX FUND 6.1 DEPARTMENT OF STREETS Purchase of Services $ 300,000 Materials, Supplies and Equipment 490,000 Total $ 790,000 Total "TO" Section $ 790,000 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
