..Title Confirming the appointment of Romulo L. Diaz, Jr. as City Solicitor. ..Body WHEREAS, Mayor John F. Street has appointed Romulo L. Diaz, Jr. as City Solicitor; and WHEREAS, Section 3-203 of the Home Rule Charter requires the advice and consent of a majority of all members of the Council for the appointment of City Solicitor; now therefore, be it RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby consents to an confirms the appointment of Romulo L. Diaz, Jr. as City Solicitor. ..End
